This agreement is made between The Quiet Atelier (the “Platform”) and the Artist named below. It outlines the terms for displaying, promoting, and selling original artwork and fine art prints via The Quiet Atelier.

1. Commission Terms

Original Artwork Sales:

• £0–£500 → 60% Artist / 40% The Quiet Atelier
• £501–£2000 → Commission scales from 38% down to 32%
• Above £2000 → 30% The Quiet Atelier

Print Sales: Standard split 60% The Quiet Atelier / 40% Artist

The Quiet Atelier covers printing, framing, marketing, and customer service.

2. Artist Obligations

• Provide minimum 30 artworks per year
• Retain full copyright and moral rights
• Grant non-exclusive license for promotions & sales

3. The Quiet Atelier’s Role

• Provide curated platform
• Handle sales, promotion and logistics

4. Term & Termination

• Rolling agreement, 30 days notice
• Unsold work returned on request

5. Payments

Monthly artist payouts with full sales breakdown.

6. General Terms

All artworks must be original and free from third-party claims.
